Join our global team to grow your expertise and develop innovative solutions that enable a prosperous and more sustainable society.** **Your main tasks and responsibilities:** + Technical evaluation of MTCS enquiries + Technical evaluation of vendor quotes + Discussing technical part related with internal and external stake holders + TBA during the pre – bid evaluation & during execution of the project + Selection of the right grade of material for designing and manufacturing + In depth knowledge of the codes for designing, material grade selection, mechanical calculations, quality documents based on the project specifications + Well versed & relevant experience in pressure vessel codes: ASME Sec VIII Div1/2, EN13445,EN13480, AD 2000, PED requirements, ASME B 31.3, ASME B 31.1 ,API, IBR + Well versed with pressure design software’s. Engineering experience in designing pressure vessels, components would be an added advantage + Experience in execution/ supply chain, vendors involved in execution of pressure vessels + Experience in quality aspects, NDT, pressure testing, surface treatment etc. of critical pressure equipment + Good knowledge of welding processes, especially for pressure equipment’s + Replying to TQs from clients / vendors + Support costing at the pre – order stage and during post order stage + Generate MIS for assigned area/scope of work on monthly basis **To succeed in this role, you will need:** + Work experience: >12 years + Expertise (e.g. professional, technical): Mechanical engineer, ASW qualified , Knowledge of AWO, Engineering background + Education: Level: Bachelor in Mechanical Engineering + Languages: English + Soft skills: Good communication skills, willing to travel frequently, networking abilities. **Do you have a question about the role?** **Sulzer is an equal opportunity employer.
