Allied Universal® Company, is hiring a Pressure Washer Technician. The Pressure Washing Technician performs various tasks with pressure washing machine, wet/vac and other equipment assigned to the team.  The main goal is to keep our client’s property in a clean and orderly condition to contribute to a positive shopping experience for patrons.

Allied Universal Janitorial Services provides training and equipment to ensure success.

$18.00 per hour

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Operate heavy duty pressure washing equipmentSafely operate company vehicle and equipment to ensure safety standardsCleaning all areas as assigned.Maintain and keep all equipment running safelyWhile performing this task adhere to high standards in keeping the properties looking at its best.Ensuring that site reports are sent from the company cell phoneEnsuring that all scheduled jobs and time keeping are properly recorded and submitted.Completing all other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

High school diploma or equivalent (e.g., GED)Valid driver’s licenseNo prior work history requiredAbility to work independently with little to no direct supervisionAbility to handle cleaning equipment and machineryKnowledge of cleaning chemicals and suppliesExcellent written, oral, and customer service skillsWillingness to learn new skills and train othersAttention to detailBasic computer skills to be able to access timecards, training, and employment informationAbility to multi-task

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Prior janitorial work experiencePrior experience as a Pressure washing technician
