Retail Distribution – Wealth Sales Distribution

Hang Seng's Retail Distribution focuses on personal wealth management and financial services. Our one-stop wealth management initiatives are designed for both our affluent and mass integrated account customers. With around 260 branches and automated banking centres, including around 50 Prestige Banking Centres for our high-end personal customers, we serve over half of the adult population in Hong Kong while offering an extensive range of products to our valued customers.

We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our Wealth Sales Distribution asPrestige Insurance Sales Manager.

Principal responsibilities

Lead, execute and proactively implement advanced coaching techniques to motivate and encourage learning and re-enforce application within the work placeProvide guidance to insurance specialist in the branches, and also responsible for formulating and implementing tactics/strategiesMonitor and review current sales process in order to improve channel efficiency and customer experienceEnhance capabilities and professionalism of the sales force to improve overall customer satisfactionManage the performance and ensure the professionalism and sales quality of team membersEnsure that all control measures relevant to the job are undertaken to minimize risk exposure of the BankAdhere to all relevant processes and procedures of the Group compliance policy and internal controls

University degree in Business Administration or other relevant qualification.Minimum 7 to 10 years’ relevant experience in retail banking, with strong knowledge of insurance products Excellent relationship building and stakeholder management skillsStrong leadership and coaching abilitiesGood presentation, interpersonal, negotiation, communication and analytical skillsGood command of spoken and written English and ChinesePasses in the Hong Kong Securities Institute Licensing Examination and Insurance Intermediaries Qualifying Examination and attains relevant professional qualifications such as CFP/CFMP/QRA/CFA an advantageCustomer centric mindset and ability to manage complex interactions effectivelyShown strong situation awareness, strong desire to learn and able to work in Agile environmentAble to inspire others to achieve their goals/ambitions in a variety of situations
