The Ellison Medical Institute ("The Institute"), affiliated with Providence Saint John's Physician Partners, is seeking a talented and passionate preventive health Physician and Director to join its team. The Physician will play a pivotal role in leading clinical initiatives to establish best practice for preventive health and cancer survivorship. This position combines leadership in clinical operations with a strong emphasis on advancing the current standard of care through evaluation and implementation of innovation and novel technology development. At the preventive medicine center at The Institute, individuals are empowered with cutting-edge technology and data-driven research to achieve optimal health and keep illness at bay. Our providers partner with individuals to develop personalized strategies to enhance health and identify disease at early stages, leading to better outcomes and simpler solutions. * Participate in the design and development of Ellison Medical Institutes Preventative Medicine and Primary Care program * Responsible for performing diagnostic, therapeutic, preventive and health maintenance services as well as guiding the healthcare team in maintaining optimum quality of care of patients. * M-F, outpatient care only * Primary Care, Internal Medicine or Preventive medicine physician preferred * Proven experience (3+ years) in an independent clinical role in preventive and internal medicine care. * Board eligible/certified in field of expertise * Competitive compensation and benefits offered * CA licensed or application in progress a plus * Compensation is between $215,635 and $337,956 per year * Eligible for a performance-based annual bonus of up to 30% of base salary, plus participation in the organization’s Long-Term Incentive Plan. * The posted salary reflects the starting range of total compensation and may include productivity bonuses, incentives related to quality and performance, hospital/ED call stipends, extra shift incentives, and other forms of cash compensation as applicable to the position. In addition, providers typically receive a CME allowance and other benefits offered by their medical group employer.
