Perform preventive maintenance work on production machinery to ensure the continuous production of high-quality film while maintaining all safety work standards.

 

Responsibilities Perform daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly P.M.’s on all production linesComplete necessary forms and Maintain filesRegularly inspect production lines, and support equipment and submit Maintenance Work Request forms as neededMust be self-starter as well as possess the ability to work with othersMaintain building and groundsMaintain a safe working environment; contain or eliminate unsafe conditions and practice safe behaviorOvertime and fluctuating schedule may be requiredFilter checks on vacuum system; change and empty dust collectionRestroom cleaning; urinals/toilets/sinks and floorPrepare PM cart for line PMMinor repairs/clean-up for building and groundsClean dirty filters/screensStage parts for PMClean/Mop OfficesClean floors along production walkways, hallways, etc. Qualifications Takes reasonable care for their own health and safety.Takes reasonable care for the health and safety of others.Authorized to stop work when a perceived unsafe condition or behavior may result in an unwanted eventUnderstands and actively participates in the company’s EHS policy, goals, and objectivesHigh school diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred.
