Preventative Maintenance Tech - EPA Cert Required
Location: Avery Point by Erickson Senior Living **Compensation: $24/hr, based on experience** **EPA Certification Required** **Schedule: 8:00am - 4:30pm** Join our team as a Preventative Maintenance Technician to support our gated retirement community. Must have the ability to adjust to new industry techniques and become familiar with new equipment as required + EPA 608 Universal Certification + Be able to lift and/or move objects weighing up to 50 pounds + Must be able to effectively communicate with residents and staff Please note that specific state regulations and requirements may be applicable.
