Must have the ability to adjust to new industry techniques and become familiar with new equipment as required + EPA 608 Universal Certification + Be able to lift and/or move objects weighing up to 50 pounds + Must be able to effectively communicate with residents and staff + Valid drivers license Please note that specific state regulations and requirements may be applicable.
