JOB SUMMARY:
This position is responsible for the preventative maintenance of a variety of physical plant and specialized equipment in an assigned group of 7-Eleven (family of brands) stores within a geographic area. Work orders are distributed from Service Now to the appropriate technician. Position reports to the Area Facilities Manager.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Job responsibilities and qualifications may be superseded by local, state or federal regulationsWorks in a safe manner.Responds to PM work orders for a wide variety of in-store equipment which include, but may not be limited to minor repairs of HVAC, minor repairs to Refrigeration, hot beverage equipment (ex. coffee, cappuccino) , cold beverage equipment (ex. tea, Fountain, FBD, FCB, creamer machine), fountain/backroom ice makers, hot food equipment (ex. fryers, griddles tortilla presses, ovens, roller grills, warmers), fuel dispensers (ex. printers, displays card readers, hanging hardware) etc.Responsible for replacing ‘plug and play’ equipment as neededResponsible for ordering and management of parts inventory on truckTrains PM I techs as neededSchedules and prioritizes duties and work assignments on a daily basisCompletes required reports and paperwork daily to account for the time and use of parts and materialsCompletes preventative and basic maintenance on structures and other equipmentReads, interprets, and follows procedures described in service manuals per manufacturer guidelinesMinor repairs to equipment (such as hoses, nozzles, fuel filters, decals, HVAC filters, water filters, etc. ) as neededCompletes other duties, including special projects, as assigned by managementEDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
EDUCATION: High School/GED
YEARS OF RELEVANT WORK EXPERIENCE: 1+ years
YEARS OF MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE: NA
CERTIFICATIONS / LICENSES: EPA 608 Type I, II or Universal
