💰 Pay Range: $22 - $25 + $5,000 Stay on Bonus & $2,000 Tool Allowance!
🕔 Schedule: Monday – Friday | 1:00pm – 10:00pm

Novak Sanitary Service is looking for a safety-conscious Preventative Maintenance Mechanic to join our growing team! This role is crucial in keeping our fleet running efficiently and safely by performing scheduled maintenance and inspections on our vehicles and equipment.

What You’ll Do:
Perform routine maintenance and inspections on trucks and equipmentConduct oil changes, filter replacements, tire rotations, and lubricationInspect brakes, fluid levels, belts, hoses, and other key componentsIdentify potential issues and report necessary repairs to the lead mechanicMaintain accurate service records and reportsKeep work areas clean and organized in compliance with safety regulationsAssist with minor repairs and support the mechanic team as neededWhat We’re Looking For:
✔️ Basic knowledge of automotive/diesel maintenance and repair
✔️ Experience with preventative maintenance procedures
✔️ Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions
✔️ Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
✔️ Basic knowledge of tools, equipment, and safety procedures
✔️ Hydraulic experience is a plus
✔️ A valid driver’s license (CDL is a plus but not required)
