Preventive Maintenance Technician - Denver, CO

JOB SUMMARY:

This position is responsible for the Preventative Maintenance, and/or repair, of a variety of specialized equipment in an assigned group of 7-Eleven (family of brands) stores within a geographic area. Service calls are initiated from the store via 7Help work orders to appropriate technician.  Position reports to the Area Facilities Manager.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responds to PM work orders for a wide variety of equipmentMinor repairs to equipment (such as hoses, nozzles, fuel filters, decals, HVAC filters, water filters, etc. ) as neededResponsible for replacing ‘plug and play’ equipment as neededResponsible for ordering and management of parts inventory for truckSchedules and prioritizes duties and work assignments on a daily basisCompletes required reports and paperwork daily to account for the time and use of parts and materialsReads, interprets, and follows procedures described in service manuals per manufacturer guidelinesCompletes other duties, including special projects, as assigned by managementComplies with and follows all safety regulations and protocols Available 24 hours per day, 7 days per week on an on-call emergency basis, in addition to a normal work schedule.Preventative Maintenance Technician I – Pay: $16.00 - $29.00 per hour.The hourly or salary range is the range 7-Eleven/Speedway in good faith believes is the range of compensation for this role at the time of this posting. The Company may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range is only applicable for jobs to be performed in Colorado. This range may be modified in the future. No amount is considered to be wages or compensation until such amount is earned, vested, and determinable under the terms and conditions of the applicable policies and plans. The amount and availability of any bonus, commission, long-term incentive compensation, benefits, or any other form of compensation and benefits that are allocable to a particular employee remains in the Company's sole discretion unless and until paid and may be modified at the Company’s sole discretion, consistent with the law.
