Your role and responsibilities

After a training period in which you will be familiarized with our products and applications, you will take care of the service of our installations at customers completely independently. You are mainly responsible for the maintenance of the robotic systems and peripheral equipment in the Benelux. This includes:•\tPerforming scheduled, preventive maintenance at our customers' facilities•\tYou ensure that work can be done safely at all times•\tDuring maintenance, you pay due attention to collecting data (backup / loggings / System data) so that possible problems can be detected. •\tYou provide thorough reporting and advise the customer regarding optimal maintenance of the installation. Where possible, you will also carry out the recommended works yourself.•\tAfter maintenance, you make sure the robot is ready for use so the customer can restart production with peace of mind.•\tSporadically, you will also provide training to customer as part of maintenance activitiesLinkedin#remote

Qualifications for the role

You have a secondary (A2 level) or higher technical education (e.g. electricity, electronics or electromechanics).Several years of experience as a service technician is a plusGood knowledge of the Dutch and English languages.You have a great sense of responsibility and analytical ability, in addition you are very service-minded.You have no objection to moving within the Benelux.Since the work is mainly at the customers' premises, you will be offered a company vehicle. Driver's license B is therefore requiredSince this is a service, you must be willing to maintain flexible working hours. You will regularly work at customers premises where production cannot be stopped during the week.
