Background & Purpose of the Job:

The Preweigh Technician is responsible for the safe operation of processing chemical batches to production. This operation delivers customer requirements through completion of the processing weighing, adhering to quality standards, and maximizing cost effectiveness, optimal processes, and efficiency.

What You’ll Do:

Weigh chemicals in according to the provided bill of materialsPerform staging/returning duties on the forkliftOperate drum haulers within weighing areaRecord chemical weighs and ensure accurate inventory control in SAP

What You’ll Need To Succeed

High School Diploma required. Must have the ability to Read and Comprehend, Writing and Mathematics. 2+ years’ experience in a manufacturing setting operating.Standup/sit down forklift experiencePrevious experience operating weighing scales (preferred)
