Purpose of the position

 

We’re looking for a tech-savvy Price & Margin Analyst who will be responsible for supporting projects for successful delivery in HIAB’s Services division, including technical implementation in BigQuery. The position is based in Helsinki, Finland but could be in Europe as well. The role will be reporting to the Head of the Pricing team. The position will be temporary from June to December 2025, full-time.

 

Main tasks and responsibilities

 

Participating & Supporting E2E management of price & margin management projects in the Services division. Example team projects: In-house built partner reward program, price optimization utilising ecommerce and installed base data, list price & discount data warehouse in BigQuery Supporting Strategic and operational pricing: developing price structures, analysing market prices with sales regions and alignment of current prices, developing proposals for service prices while taking the unique differentiation of our products versus competition into account Supporting price change process: following market price trends, analysing and reporting changes, analysing alignment to our price structure, and proposing updates if required. Developing data management and management of price list updates Manage relationships with sales regions to discuss their price development and deal performance, feeding them back their price performance and understanding the development of competitor prices and customer preferences in their market.

 

What you’ll need to succeed

 

Bachelor or Master’s Degree in Science, Engineering, Management or Economics Demonstrated ability to work with advanced SQL, Python or other programming languages Analytical mindset with strong business acumen, background in Pricing roles a plus Experienced in change management and project management Good written and verbal communications; fluent in English, both written and verbal Ability to work with different cultures is required.
