Job Duties

 

The Pricebook Coordinator will handle the day-to-day operations of Pricebook. This role involves close coordination with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure the seamless operation of pricing strategies and must always uphold a positive and customer service-oriented manner.  The Pricebook Coordinator will report directly to the Vice President of Finance.

 

Job Responsibilities   

 

Communicate with Category Managers to maintain items in Pricebook such as new item and vendor set up, invoice exceptions, rebate accruals and promotional programs.This includes adding and or changing retail and costs, product authorizations, POS attributes such as taxability and food stamps, and reviewing item data to ensure accuracy and proper formatting.Troubleshoot any site-level issues such as non-scanning items, incorrect costs and retails, invoice exceptions and any other necessary corrections.Work with wholesaler daily to process new items and item changes.Responsible for tracking cost adjustments from vendors and ensuring proper credits are received.Create sales reports to share with management teams.Generate rebate invoices for reimbursement from vendors.

 

Requirements 

 

Strong written and oral communication skillsAttention to detail is a mustAbility to manage multiple prioritiesProficient with Microsoft ExcelExcellent time management skills

 

Preferred 

 

Previous Pricebook, Retail, or Accounting experiencePrior experience working with PDI Enterprise, POS systems, retail accounting systems or Pricebook in a retail environment is preferable.
