**Overview** **JOB PURPOSE:** Reporting to the VP, Planning & Analytics,this position is responsible for developing best in class clinical and operational pricing analytics and strategy, along with driving recommendations around pricing optimization. As pricing support for all lines of products and services offered in our clinics and labs, we will leverage data to develop recommendations, strategy, insights, and reporting to drive pricing related decision making. We seek to simplify and clearly articulate our pricing strategy through the development of tools, reporting, and new visibility to our business and patients, and this position will accomplish that through a strong blend of technical acumen and business understanding. **Responsibilities** **GENERAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:** + Leverage tools such as SQL and Analysis Services to build reporting and analytics across the portfolio of products and services we provide our patients + Develop a deep understanding of our patient journey, product and service offerings, and cultivate reporting and analytics that unlock a deeper understanding of our patients and clinics, which leads to improved profitability and patients + Establish and lead the development of a pricing strategy aligned with our patient and clinical experience + Drive ongoing analysis and reporting on key metrics and results + Lead analysis on competitive pricing strategies, promotions, and offers that will help us serve even more patients + Partner cross functionally across insurance, product, marketing, and operations to bring a pricing strategy to life that maximizes value for our patients **Qualifications** **GENERAL KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:** + Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Economics, Marketing, Business Administration, or equivalent is required + Minimum 5+ years analytics experience, either within a Clinical Service provider (Dental, Optical, Medical, etc.) or within traditional retail/eCommerce environments + Experience preferred working with insurance providers including claims data and coverages and large transactional data sets in developing a pricing strategy + Exceptional strategic, analytical, and planning skills, including 3-5 years of experience with tools such as SQL Server, Analysis Services, PowerBI, Alteryx, and/or Tableau + Strong verbal and written communication skills to make recommendations to senior executives and influence Practice Owners / doctors, and other key stakeholders across the organization + Proven track record of large-scale project management and process improvement with a passion for continuous improvement + Must be a self-starter with an ability to work autonomously and a make-things happen business approach + Ability to function independently in a multi-task environment, and as well as work well as part of a team + Work well under pressure and have a proven track record of exceeding expectations and delivering against deadlines \#ACI Sorry the Share function is not working properly at this moment.
