We are seeking an experienced Pricing Professional joining our team to support pricing strategy activities and become an integral part of capture teams that are developing winning proposals.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT:

Works as an integral part of the capture/proposal team, assisting in the development of pricing strategies, identifying risks, and interpreting solicitation requirementsReviews Requests for Proposals (RFPs) to identify and assist the proposal team in developing proposals, pricing, and business solutions for customersActs as the cost/price proposal volume manager, coordinating data collection from multiple functional areasPerforms cost/price analyses, modeling and estimates for complex proposal efforts, consistent with company policies, FAR, CAS, and solicitation requirementsAnalyzes price, cost, and profitability of proposed pricing to determine acceptability and briefs management on these itemsDevelops and delivers price strategy/business case presentations to executives and key decision makers and ensures that strategies are implementedGood understanding of all financial performance metrics used in analyzing bids.Maintain current knowledge of the competitive environment through research skillsAssists in determines price targets and performs complicated risk/reward trade-off analyses to determine pricing tactics.Good understanding of our IT services and can assist in solving cross-functional proposal problems.Works with internal organization to determine anticipated labor and overhead rates, material requirements, equipment costs, and possible bid strategies

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/Accounting or a related business discipline; OR the equivalent combination of education, professional training and work experience may be considered8+ years of related experience in the development and submittal of complex spreadsheets and costs proposals (to Federal customers preferred) for products and servicesExperience pricing all contracts types including FFP, FP-LOE, T&M, FP-LH, CPFF, CPAF, and other Cost Reimbursable contractsAdvanced skill level with MS Excel and proficient in other MS Office tools (PowerPoint, Word, etc.)Excellent oral and written communication skills, analytical, organizational, and critical thinking skillsSelf-starter with excellent time management, prioritization and organizational skillsUS Person requiredLocation: Remote

The likely salary range for this position is $96,034 - $126,500. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
