Job Description

SUMMARY:

Perform Analyst duties for Air Cargo Pricing in EUROPE with vision, leadership, energy, professionalism and support in conjunction with the Global Air Cargo Group(s). Manage Air Pricing for RFQs from within EUROPE and manage EUROPE Air Pricing for RFQs generated in other regions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Coordinate RFQs:

Review RFQ from CRM Communicate with Sales, Account Management, Product and build strategyCollaborate with stakeholders and ProductPerform data analysis using Excel and Power BIIdentify opportunities and challengesManage deadlinesFollow up on RFQ outcome

RFQ Execution:

Convert customer formatsInsert / integrate pricing based on tools and in line with strategyCommunicate to the fieldManage responsesAudit responses and make cohesiveMaintain communication per DRP (Document Retention Policy)

General Support:

Update RFQ Bid Log / Pricing Tool in a timely mannerMaintain RFQ tools such as local charges and ATA tariffs as requiredSupport Supervisor/Manager where neededSupport team and Sales with pre-engagement for upcoming bidsActively engage in and support Pricing projects assigned by ManagerMaintain adherence to The Company’s policy and procedures while displaying and communicating The Company’s goals and culture
