Pricing Analyst

The Pricing Analyst will be responsible for, but not limited to, building knowledge of the organization, processes, and customers to solve a range of straightforward problems, analyze possible solutions, and provide accurate data and guidance to the sales teams to execute pricing strategy.
 You will report to the Pricing Operations Manager and work Hybrid based in Cranberry, PA.
Key Responsibilities:  
•    Drive, communicate and champion pricing strategy
•    Diagnose and improve pricing processes to support the business and ensure accurate customer invoicing
•    Support implementation of all price increases
•    Provide regular and ad hoc pricing reporting to support the pricing team’s financial goals (price loss, price opportunities, promotions)
•    Provide data and guidance to the sales teams to execute the pricing strategy
•    New product price list maintenance
•    Assist with the support, development, and execution of pricing tools in US and Canada (including price lists, floor pricing, MAP, and pricing IT projects)
•    Analyze and maintain pricing across all channels; proactively troubleshoot issues as they arise
•    Pricing analysis and reporting as needed
Qualifications
•    Bachelor's degree in a business-related field and 4+ years of relevant experience.
•    Demonstrated comfort with making decisions with insufficient information.
•    Proficient in use of data reporting tools – e.g. Power BI, SAP, Excel
•    Customer focused who believes in ensuring promises are delivered upon and can foster a climate of trust and cooperation with colleagues and customers.
•    Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
•    Strong analytical skills
