Position Overview

We are seeking a Pricing Analyst to be an integral member of the Finance and Pricing team; contributing to the development of the pricing strategy, identifying risks, and interpreting solicitation requirements for proposals and modifications to proposals.  The Pricing Analyst will be responsible for preparing pricing models and cost proposal narratives in accordance with Government solicitation requirements.

Responsibilities Lead the preparation of price/cost models and price volume documents in a timely mannerParticipate in reviews and pricing discussions with Executive ManagementAnalyze input from Technical Solutions team to help explain and form a final competitive proposal submissionWork closely with the Business Development/Proposal team in understanding customer requirements relevant to proposal pricing, and assist with development of pricing strategiesAssist in gathering information for competitive analysis and utilizing data to develop price-to-win (PTW) strategiesPrepare timely, accurate, and compliant pricing modelsAnalyze and compile cost data while maintaining detailed estimating files for future inquiries and compliance with auditsProvide direction to subcontractors involved in proposal preparationPrepare or assist in baseline budgets for project direct costsWork closely with Project Finance team to interpreting pricing documents and estimation of completion costs, as required Required Experience/Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or similar discipline preferred3+ years of pricing/finance experience in government contracting, or equivalent combination of education and trainingHigh proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc.)Proficient Microsoft Excel skills requiredMust be able to work in a team environment as well as independentlyAbility to clearly communicate in both verbal and written formats; must be detailed oriented
