Pricing Analyst

Essential Duties/Responsibilities:  

Manage & maintain all list and customer pricing in SAP including the review of expiring prices.

Work with Business Units and Global Pricing Manager on the implementation of annual (or as needed) price increases.

Ensure accuracy of pricing records.

Assist in the preparation and communication of price changes and keep track of such changes.

Work with commercial team, as needed, to develop price bids to maintain and grow the business.

Collaborate with Global Pricing Manager, BU, sales, and marketing departments on developing dynamic pricing tools to effectively respond to changing market needs and trends.

Prepare pricing reports and provide analysis findings to executives, marketing teams, and sales staff as needed.

Coordinate implementation of pricing proposals across the organization.

Serve as the point-of-contact for internal pricing inquiries.

Work closely with Global Pricing Manager and other internal stakeholders (Master Data, IT, etc.) to ensure data integrity.

Support Product Managers in generating list/target prices for new part number quotes

Assist product managers in sales lead quotes  

Other pricing duties as defined/assigned.

 

Required Minimum Qualifications

 

Education/Certifications: 

A bachelor's degree in related field preferred

 

Skills and Experience: 

5+ years of related pricing experience, including demonstrated knowledge of data analysis methods.

Proficiency in SAP and business intelligence (BI) software, such as Qlik.

Proven analytical skills with a highly detailed orientation.

Self-motivated and open to take on additional responsibilities as needed.

Experience collaborating on pricing strategies with sales and marketing departments.

Advanced ability to present pricing analysis reports to relevant stakeholders.

Excellent teamwork, analytical and communication skills.
