Job Title: Entry-Level Pricing Analyst
One of our clients is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Entry-Level Pricing Analyst to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing pricing data, developing pricing strategies, and supporting the overall pricing function. This role requires advanced Excel skills, including proficiency with VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Analyze pricing data to identify trends and opportunities for pricing optimization.
+ Develop and implement pricing strategies to maximize profitability.
+ Prepare and present pricing reports to management.
+ Collaborate with sales, marketing, and finance teams to ensure pricing strategies align with business objectives.
+ Monitor competitor pricing and market conditions to adjust pricing strategies as needed.
+ Assist in the development of pricing models and tools.
+ Support ad-hoc pricing analysis and projects as required.
Necessary Qualifications:
+ Advanced Excel Skills
+ Proficiency with VLOOKUPs
+ Experience with Pivot Tables
+ Ability to create and manipulate complex spreadsheets
+ Strong ability to analyze and interpret data
+ Attention to detail and accuracy
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
+ Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field OR years of experience.
+ Previous experience in a pricing or analytical role is a plus, but not required.
