Job Description

Job Summary:

 

Wheatland Tube, a division of Zekelman Industries, is seeking a Pricing Analyst for our facility located in Wheatland, PA.  Reporting to the Inside Sales Supervisor, the Pricing Analyst will be the primary caretaker of customer pricing in SAP and will provide analytical support to the sales team as needed.  

 

Responsibilities:

Review costing and quoting for the standard pipe and sprinkler product lines to ensure Company expectations are met regarding P&LCommunicate with the outside sales team to ensure proper pricing is in place for all customersDevelop and maintain customer specific and regional pricing schedulesImplement price changes in a dynamic environmentAdministrative requests including reports and projects and processing of purchase requisitions and miscellaneous sponsorshipsProvide customer reports and status of their current businessEnter reject, bi-product and scrap ordersMaintain billing and process invoices daily, review weekly reports and work with the finance team for fiscal month end closings and rebatesConduct weekly internal auditing to ensure the sales team is compliant with order processingAll other duties as assignedProcess monthly, quarterly, and yearly rebatesWork with accounts receivable team to investigate deductions

Qualifications:

Post-secondary degree required, with studies in business, accounting, or finance preferred5+ years of customer service/sales experienceFamiliarity with Business ERP System(s) or pricing software is preferred (i.e. SAP & Vistex)Ability to communicate effectively with teammates and customersStrong motivational and leadership skillsDetailed orientated and able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environmentExperience with Microsoft Office is required with above average proficiency in ExcelExcellent mathematical aptitudeRegular, full-time, predictable onsite attendance per the posted schedule is an essential function of this roleLead and promote health and safety work practices as required by regulatory agencies and company policy Job Footer (US)
