Pricing Analyst

Position Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Pricing Analyst to join our team. The Pricing Analyst will be responsible for managing store tickets related to item markdown issues and ensuring accurate pricing across various food and fresh categories. This role involves significant collaboration with the tech team, merchants, and adherence to laws and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Ticket Management: Handle a high volume of store tickets (100-200 per week) related to item markdowns and pricing issues.
Pricing Operations: Oversee all food and fresh pricing operations, ensuring the right food is at the right price and location.
Collaborate with the tech team to resolve item or system issues.
Work with merchants to establish accurate pricing.
Team Collaboration: Work within the CAC team, which deals with chilled, frozen, front end, tobacco, and alcoholic products.
Coordinate with the Fresh team (produce, meat, seafood, deli) and the Pantry team (dry grocery, canned goods, sodas).
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations, particularly for items like alcohol and tobacco.
Research: Conduct extensive research to resolve ticket issues efficiently.
Initiatives: Participate in initiatives such as automation and backroom receiving improvements.
