Responsibilities:Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze pricing data and develop pricing strategies for our product portfolioConduct market research and competitive analysis to identify pricing trends and opportunitiesAssess pricing performance and provide suggestions for price adjustments to enhance revenue and market share.Develop and implement pricing models and tools to facilitate effective pricing decisionsMonitor market conditions and competitor pricing to ensure our pricing remains competitiveProvide pricing guidance and support to sales and marketing teams to drive growth and increase customer satisfactionAnalyze customer behavior and purchasing trends to find ways to improve pricing strategies.Partner with finance teams to develop pricing forecasts and models that align with business objectivesKeep up-to-date with current industry trends and effective strategies in pricing analytics.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or a related field, or equivalent experienceStrong sense of ownership, responsibilities, and deadlines. Can handle pressure with due professionalism maintained.High level of agility and team work spirit is required.Proven experience in pricing analytics and strategy developmentStrong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insightsExcellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detailExceptional proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data visualization toolsStrong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teamsStrong capacity to work autonomously and handle various tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment with time-sensitive deliverables.Knowledge of statistical analysis and pricing optimization techniques is a plusExperience in the life sciences industry is highly desirable
