An opportunity has arisen for a Pricing Analyst in Government Finance, Pricing Team. As a Pricing Analyst, you will primarily be responsible for preparing priced project proposals and will understand and comply with Rolls-Royce Quality Management System (RRQMS).

Key Accountabilities:

Price commercial or military proposals and prepare volumes for saleable engineering, spare part, engines, and any other pricing requests for the USG, Commercial, and internal Rolls-Royce

Ensure basis of estimate substantiation is compliant with the Truthful Cost or Pricing stature (previously known as the Truth in Negotiations Act (TINA)) if applicable to the contract

Update commercial proposals for negotiations and prepare justification, other than cost or pricing, when required

Interface with the local DCAA and DCMA agencies on U.S. Government audits of proposals

Maintain and update the Pricing Policies utilized within the guidelines of product team leadership

Provide ad-hoc reporting in support of commercial proposals

Basic Requirements:

Associates degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business and 4+ years of experience, or

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business and 2+ years of experience, or

Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business and 1+ years of experience, or

6+ years of experience in Accounting, Finance or Business in lieu of degree

Working knowledge of ERP Systems

In order to be considered for this opportunity, you must be a US Citizen or permanent resident.

Preferred Requirements:

Familiarity with the U.S. Government Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and working knowledge of Customer Facing Business Unit proposal process

Ability to understand financial impact of business decisions

Experience with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SAP
