Pricing Analyst II ((Pricing Analytics Team)

We have an opportunity for a Pricing Analyst II (Pricing Analytics Team) to join our Honeywell IA (Industrial Automation) Bucharest. The Pricing Analyst II is responsible for supporting the definition and execution of the pricing strategy and value capture model for the business. The successful candidate will work closely with Offering Management team, to define the framework that best translates the Portfolio Strategy into Pricing Execution.

The Pricing Analyst will partner with Marketing, Sales and Finance, to maximize the business’ profitability, by systematically employing the four key pricing levers: transactional, material pass-thru, value and formula pricing. He/she will also work on business intelligence to better understand the market and competitors pricing moves.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop analytics to capture the value, through business opportunities;Engage with Finance and Offering Managers to understand and keep track of the monthly price results and identify ways for improvement; Support Special Price reviews and analyses for the sales opportunities, submitted for approval;Develop and implement processes to reduce customer price disputes, to improve rebate claims and the discount structure;Understand segmentation and the value elements that are critical to customers, to propose suitable pricing actions;Proactively identify and monetize pricing opportunities. Perform sensitivity analysis based on the price proposals.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree (e.g. statistics, math, engineering, marketing);Middle level of experience in a similar role;Great data extraction, transformation experience using Alteryx, SQL etc.;Analytical mindset and should be good on Tableau dashboard to visualize the data; Advance Excel skill;Proven track record of leading projects and cross-functional teams that successfully achieved milestones and completed deliverables.
