Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented, open-minded, and strategic data driven thinker to join our team as a Pricing Analyst. In this role, you will be instrumental in driving our growth initiative and shaping our future ready pricing organization.

 

Your Mission You will develop and implement pricing strategies for our diverse range of products, software and services  You will conduct market research to stay ahead of pricing industry trends and competitor pricing  You will identify and implement local and global pricing optimizations to drive profitability while ensuring customer satisfaction The cross-functional collaboration between sales, marketing, revenue operations and product development to ensure our business goals is a important task The utilization of data analytics to identify pricing opportunities and monitor the effectiveness of pricing strategies will also be a task for you You will make data-driven decisions that fuel our growth and profitability  You will engage in price sensitivity analysis to understand customer value perception and willingness to pay

 

Your Talent  Successfully completed bachelor´s or master´s degree with focus on economics, international business or comparable studies At least 3 years of professional experience as a senior pricing analyst, pricing analyst, consultant, expert or experience in the healthcare industry in global sales/PM/MKT with strong pricing background and expertise   SAP, Tableau, SAC, Qlik View, Salesforce is an advantage Project management experience for pricing projects is also a advantage  Confident handling of MS Office, especially Excel Fun and enthusiasm for innovative and modern approaches to the topic of data analysis Very good written and spoken English skills, other language skills are an advantage  Your Benefits Flexible working hours & mobile working: In many areas, working hours and location can be arranged as required​ 30 vacation days and various special payments​​ Further training opportunities: Open in-house seminar program, extensive e-learning offering, professional development courses and much more Corporate benefits and bicycle leasing​ Subsidy for private pension plan and company health management​ Various childcare options – at the headquarters in Tuttlingen​ Health, sports, cultural and leisure activities – offers vary depending on location​
