Northrop Grumman Defense Systems sector is currently seeking a Compliance Audit Pricing Analyst/Principal Compliance Audit Pricing Analyst for the Pricing & Estimating organization. This individual supports the Proposal Compliance and Audit Manager for Pricing & Estimating with a resident office in Sector Headquarters in McLean, Virginia. The Proposal Compliance Pricing Analyst is a skilled individual with expertise in developing and managing business financial proposal offers/bids for U.S. Government contracts. They support the proposal process to validate the back-up data adequacy for U.S. Government audits of the proposal data and process, provide guidance to responses to audit and clarification requests, coordinate and evaluate current processes and practices, and present ways to improve productivity.

Responsibilities:

Maintains a controlled documentation system, record retention, and information services functions including electronic records retention processesEnsures compliance to the government regulatory requirements when responding to the audit agencyInterprets and enforces documentation instructions, policies, and procedure requirementsIdentifies submission components, communicates documentation standards, and coordinates assembly of formal responseAssists with developing solutions which require regular use of ingenuity and innovation. Ensures solutions are consistent with organization objectivesInfluences future estimating system compliance and validationAssists the Pricing & Estimating team to integrate the appropriate disclosures and supplemental data to ensure compliance with the regulatory requirements, policies, procedures, and practices are integrated into the proposal disclosures as auditable backup dataFacilitates improvements to proposal disclosures for P&E staffMaintains performance metrics to measure success and identify focus areasSupports the development and compliance of the proposal activities related to pricing and estimating for the Business Unit, Division, and SectorPlans, organizes, writes, edits, and produces a cohesive Request for Information (RFI) responses with appropriate disclosures, and    supporting data to justify adequacy, realism, reasonableness, and audit validationEffectively manages competing priorities and deadlines, and handles multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

Compliance Audit Pricing Analyst

High School Diploma or GED with 6 years of related compliance and/ or pricing experienceBachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related discipline with a minimum of 2 years of compliance and/or pricing experienceMaster’s degree in business, finance, or related discipline with a minimum of 0 years of compliance and/or pricing experienceAbility to travel as needed (up to 10% of the time)Must be able to work on-site in McLean, Virginia or Linthicum, Maryland   

Principal Compliance Audit Pricing Analyst

High School Diploma or GED with 9 years of related compliance and/ or pricing experienceBachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related discipline with a minimum of 5 years of compliance and/or pricing experienceMaster’s degree in business, finance, or related discipline with a minimum of 3 years of compliance and/or pricing experienceAbility to travel as needed (up to 10% of the time)Must be able to work on-site in McLean, Virginia or Linthicum, Maryland

Salary Range: $70,600.00 - $110,900.00Salary Range 2: $87,000.00 - $136,800.00

The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.

Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
