Equipped with a first-of-its-kind 5G network, a passion for change and the power to drive it, we’ll emerge as the nation’s fourth facilities-based wireless carrier and a disruptive force in the market at large. **Job Duties and Responsibilities** **Key Responsibilities:** + Develop and implement pricing strategies for Boost Mobile’s retail channels + Analyze market trends, competitor pricing, and customer behavior + Collaborate with sales and marketing on promotional offers and campaigns + Monitor and adjust pricing strategies to meet business objectives + Conduct financial analysis to assess the impact of pricing on revenue and profitability + Provide reports on pricing performance, market dynamics, and ensure compliance with regulations **Skills, Experience and Requirements** **Education and Experience:** + Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus + 5+ years of experience in pricing, finance, or related roles, preferably in the wireless or telecommunications industry **Skills and Qualifications:** + Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools and software + Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely + Proven ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment + Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills + Ability to think strategically and execute tactically + Proficiency in Google Suite **Salary Ranges** Compensation: $83,950.00/Year - $119,900.00/Year **Benefits** We offer versatile health perks, including flexible spending accounts, HSA, a 401(k) Plan with company match, ESPP, career opportunities, and a flexible time away plan; all benefits can be viewed here: DISH Benefits . The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location.
