Pricing Coordinator

This position plays a key role in ensuring data accuracy and supporting best practices for data governance across the organization. The ideal candidate should be analytical, customer-service oriented, and able to work cross-functionally with various departments.

Responsibilities:
Set up and maintain item and special pricing agreements (SPA)Follow standard procedures for resolving pricing issuesReview and upload product pricing and information into the ERP systemEnsure accurate and consistent data entry for pricing from local, national, and international suppliersRegularly audit new and existing products for accuracyManage and verify updates to special pricing agreements, responding to related inquiriesCreate documentation to support sales teams and internal stakeholdersMaintain accurate records of rebates for regular and temporary itemsReview discrepancies and perform reconciliations for monthly rebatesTrack and resolve pricing variances, collaborating with relevant departmentsSupport Accounts Payable with credit and debit processes by providing required informationAssist team members and other stakeholders with various tasks and projects to achieve departmental and company objectivesNotify internal teams of pricing updates and communicate changes through the company’s intranetCollaborate with sales and purchasing teams to enhance data qualityWork with Sales, Purchasing, and Suppliers to optimize margins and reduce losses from pricing inaccuraciesParticipate in continuous improvement initiatives, offering recommendations and supporting new processes
Qualifications:
2+ years of experience working with databases or ERP systems2+ years of customer service experienceAdvanced proficiency in Excel and other computer applicationsStrong communication skills, both verbal and writtenExcellent problem-solving and customer service skills with the ability to develop effective solutionsProven ability to build strategic partnerships and foster collaborationInclusive, respectful, and able to work effectively with diverse teams
