Job Description

Hybrid: This position requires an employee to be on site 3 times per week (Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday)

Pricing Coordinator (APU) Argentina, Uruguay and Paraguay 

What you will do/Responsibilities:

Lead the team to provide market assessments in order to accomplish Wholesale, P&L and MS targets,

Develop the Commercial Sales Strategy for each month, quarter and year, which includes both consolidation and communication to the rest of the Sales Ops Leadership.

Responsible for APU’s weekly pricing reports, such as MSRP/Net Price Monitor, and monthly meetings such as Market Overview, PPI & SA PPI.

Manage the relationship and lead negotiations with our Financial Business Partners (GPAT/GMF).

Design pricing and incentives strategies for all sales channel in Argentina, Paraguay and Uruguay.

Coordinate presentations and support sales leadership in decision-making processes to provide market vision to accomplish Wholesale, P&L and MS targets.

Participate in and lead projects with Sales Leadership and Marketing Team, such as product launches, Annual meetings, Dealer Conventions or other Innovate Meetings.

Additional Job Description

Additional Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Marketing, Business or other similar areas.

Previous experience in similar positions.

Interpersonal skills with the ability to work cross-functionally.

Effective communication ability, strategic thinking, adaptability, leadership and influence skills.

Advanced/Fluent English Level.

Advanced Excel Skills.

Preferred qualifications:

SQL / Power BI knowledge is a plus

It is a plus to have knowledge of the automotive market, and if you have experience in the commercial, principle, and distribution areas (sales operations).
