Pricing Desk Analyst

As a Pricing Desk Analyst, you’ll analyze pricing data to provide recommendations for enhancing existing pricing models. **About the Role** + Publish daily pricing utilizing market-based information and gain an understanding of how all data flows in and out of the pricing models + Work with business partners to ensure published pricing is accurate to secondary execution + Develop enhancements to existing pricing models, as well as develop new pricing models in support of new products or guideline updates + Communicate market conditions in pricing meetings and commentary write-ups to partners and mortgage banking + Develop full understanding of how data flows in and out of all pricing models and morning reporting, have ability to troubleshoot any issues that arise in the generation of rate sheet, and make enhancements to streamline and improve process + Maintain and develop/enhance reporting around all secondary market execution, including spreads and pricing components + Own Pricing Desk’s more challenging model builds and reporting requests + Work with outside desks including Hedge Desk and Trade Desk to enhance existing pricing models and find margin and volume opportunities + Create forecasting and visibility dashboards to give additional insight to senior leadership on production and health of systems + Represent business area and communicate business asks and needs to technology partners **About You** Minimum Qualifications + 3 years of experience in pricing or a related field (mortgage experience not required) + Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, a related field or equivalent experience + Advanced SQL + Advanced Excel Modeling and VBA + Intermediate to Advanced Power BI Preferred Qualifications + 5 years of experience in pricing or related field or 2 years of mortgage pricing analyst experience **What You’ll Get** Our team members fuel our strategy, innovation and growth, so we ensure the health and well-being of not just you, but your family, too!
