The Job:  

As a Pricing Leader, The Americas, you’ll be part of our T&O Global Pricing team working as a hybrid employee.    You’ll get to:  

Responsible for supporting the Americas Region (North America and Latin America) in delivering key pricing strategies, insights, tools, and processes to drive balanced profitable revenue growth.Working closely with Channel Marketing, Commercial Finance, Sales, and Pricing Strategy teams, you will drive analytics, insights, and actions that lead to sustained revenue and margin growth.Requires implementing effective pricing strategies and analytics to grow market share, achieve financial objectives, and maximize brand and product value across the product lifecycle for both new and existing products.Develop and implement regional pricing strategies in alignment with Brand Pricing Strategy: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute regional pricing strategies for everyday and promotional pricing, driving market share growth, achieving financial objectives, and maximizing brand and product value. Analyze market data: Leverage market research, consumer insights, and competitive intelligence to identify pricing opportunities and support best-in-class pricing and promotion strategies.  This role will also support evaluating promotion effectiveness and provide insights based on performance.Drive revenue and margin growth: Utilize pricing analytics to identify pricing gaps, optimize pricing structures, and recommend pricing adjustments to drive sales and growth based on current regional and customer dynamics. Align between functions and coordinate programs and actions needed to implement recommendations as well as future initiatives that affect net pricing.Analyze promotion effectiveness market data: Leverage market research, consumer insights, and competitive intelligence to identify pricing opportunities and support best-in-class pricing and promotion strategies.  This role will also support evaluating promotion effectiveness and provide insights based on performance. Collaborate with internal teams to implement Pricing Brand Strategy: Work closely with Channel Marketing, Commercial Finance, Sales, and Pricing Brand Strategy teams to align pricing strategies with business objectives and ensure effective implementation. Responsible for developing a cross-functional team culture with direct and indirect team, with clear goals.Monitor and evaluate pricing performance: Continuously monitor pricing performance, analyze pricing trends, assist with gross to net visibility and provide actionable insights to improve pricing effectiveness and profitability by key customer and segment.Develop pricing tools and processes: Contribute to the development and enhancement of pricing tools, processes, and systems to streamline pricing operations and improve efficiency for the commercial Americas team.Stay updated on industry trends: Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape to identify emerging pricing opportunities and potential risks.

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Finance, or related field (MBA preferred).Minimum of 10+ years of experience in Pricing and/or Commercial Finance.Strong analytical and interpersonal skills.High business acumen and collaboration with business leaders.Executive-level communication and reporting skills.Strong proficiency in MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint) and Power BI.Tools or consumer product industry background preferred.

Track record of contributing to growth and profitability goals.Ability to drive projects to completion within deadlines.Curiosity and desire to increase knowledge.Independent planning and prioritization skills.Flexibility in changing business conditions.Willingness to support the development of pricing tools.Effective communication across diverse audiences.Ability to lead by example, with a "roll-up the sleeves", hands-on style that supports a culture of accountability.Success in participating and influencing cross-functional teams.Fluency in Spanish/ Portuguese.

The base pay range for this position in Maryland is $110,500 - $221,000 per year. Pay is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A sign-on payment may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
