Pricing Manager

IN THIS ROLE, YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL BE:

Establish strategies to increase price realization for Branson products globally. Own the development and execution of Branson’s annual global price plan. Collaborate with key functions to assess current product and aftermarket pricing strategies and implement plans to address gaps or optimization opportunities. Develop and implement processes and tools to analyze historical data, identify pricing opportunities, measure performance of pricing plans and communicate results and recommendations to key collaborators. Quantify and report monthly global price metrics (price realization and collection, discount % trends). Leverage historical sales data to support customer segmentation strategies. Deploy and drive adoption of tools that ensure consistent implementation of pricing and discount policies globally. Supervise market dynamics and use insights to develop robust global pricing strategies. Support negotiations and price management for long-term contracts. Ensure the sales channel has the training and tools required to improve price realization.

WHO YOU ARE: You are a marketing professional who readily takes action on challenges without unnecessary planning, identifies and seizes new opportunities, and uses knowledge of business drivers to guide actions. You understand how strategies and tactics play out in the market. You develop and deliver multi-mode communications that convey a clear understanding of the outstanding needs of different audiences. You plan and prioritize work to meet commitments aligned with organizational goals and build partnerships, working collaboratively with others to meet shared objectives. 

FOR THIS ROLE, YOU WILL NEED:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Finance, Economics, Statistics or Engineering  Relevant years of pricing experience commensurate with the level of this position.  Strong analytical, strategic-thinking, organizational, project management, and presentation skills  Proven interpersonal skills and the ability to work cross-functionally in a matrix environment and at different levels of the organization  Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite  Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now and in the future.  Sponsorship will not be provided for this role.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS THAT SET YOU APART:

5+ years experience in B2B marketing or pricing analytics preferred.  MBA or Masters
