About the Role
At Whole Foods Market, you'll be part of a collaborative team that transforms pricing data into actionable solutions. You'll develop and maintain pricing systems and processes while partnering with cross-functional teams to enhance customer value and business performance.
A Day in the Life
Your day will include analyzing pricing data, collaborating with merchant teams, developing Alteryx workflows, and sharing insights with stakeholders. You'll balance strategic projects with day-to-day pricing operations; ensuring the execution of Regular, Sale, and Markdown pricing and timely execution of other pricing initiatives.

This role is based in Austin, TX, with an expectation of being in the Store Support office five days a week.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain pricing execution Alteryx workflows and apps, rules, and requirements to support Pricing processes and system execution.
Identify sources of data and incorporating new data needs into existing processes.
Collaborate with partner teams to define opportunities to improve existing and create new processes for price submission and address identified issues.
Develop and present analytical insights to Pricing Execution leadership.
Provide ad-hoc operational analyses as needed.

Demonstrates analytical skills and business knowledge, with an emphasis on understanding of store operations and customer impact.
Able to organize and prioritize day to day tasks alongside long-term projects.
Integrates trends, data and information into current team processes and makes recommendations to leadership for continuous improvement.
Ability to understand processes that business partners use, to make informed decisions.
Communicates effectively with all types of audiences.
Demonstrates interpersonal communication skills and levels of tact, diplomacy and confidentiality.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Open to work a flexible schedule including occasional nights, weekends and holidays as required.

What you will Bring:
Minimum of 2 years of retail, analysis, and analytics experience
Proficient in quantitative analysis and statistical tools for complex data
Familiarity with SQL, Alteryx, and database reporting is a plus
Excellent communication, prioritization, and organizational skills
Strong work ethic, self-starting mentality, and a positive attitude
Adaptable and can deliver results under tight deadlines
