Overview Cardio Partners is seeking a Pricing Operations Analyst to provide pricing analytics, pricing and rebate administration, item maintenance, reporting, and project-based work. Hybrid Schedule: M&F home office based, T-TH in office Sarnova is the leading national specialty distributor of health care products in emergency medical services (EMS) and respiratory markets and is the industry leader in revenue cycle management within emergency medical services (EMS). Responsibilities Summary: The Pricing Operations Analyst acts as a key contributor in our Cardiac Response division where they are responsible for pricing analytics, pricing and rebate administration, item maintenance, reporting, and projects. We are looking for an individual who is highly motivated with attention to detail, ability to manage time effectively, and strong communication skills. Additionally, they must serve as an effective cross-functional liaison with Sales, Product Marketing, Customer Care, Purchasing, Information Systems, and Executive Leadership. In this position, you will play a key role in pricing and profitability management within our Cardiac Response business unit. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Leverage internal and external information to drive profitable revenue growth through strategic pricing, including, but not limited to, price setting, in-depth analysis, customer segmentation, market category reviews, and pricing governance. Manage and execute all facets of Cardiac Response pricing via our FreshService queue and execute the appropriate ERP maintenance. Oversee vendor cost changes in ERP system and recommend subsequent pricing modifications through Impact Reporting. Configure and establish new products in the ERP system while managing all aspects of product updates throughout their lifecycle. Assign customers to the appropriate trade agreements and tier pricing. Apply promotional pricing in our ERP system based on our promotional calendar. Generate customer vendor rebate contracts for subsequent payments. Investigate pricing discrepancies, identify root cause, and implement corrective action as needed. Document Pricing metrics on a monthly and/or quarterly basis when required. Identify/build new and enhance existing pricing tools and processes to improve operational efficiency. Qualifications/Experience Required: Bachelor's Degree in Business/Finance or similar. 1-3 years of experience in pricing, analytics, or deal management preferred. High levels of self-initiative and personal accountability. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a high degree of accuracy while meeting established deadlines. Proficient in Microsoft Office Excel. Critical thinking skills including the ability to analyze, problem solve, and independently make recommendations. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate with a broad audience. Adept at identifying opportunities for improvement and developing sustainable solutions.
