**About the Role:**
CBRE seeks an analytical, innovative, and driven Pricing Specialist to join the Team in Manila. This role will report to the Account Lead and provide commercial and pricing support to the Pricing & Risk Team.
Working closely with the respective Commercial Leads and other SMEs, this role is responsible for managing aspects of the pricing and risk function including but not limited to pricing of single and multidisciplinary outsourcing deals across the APAC region, giving input into relevant commercial terms, providing commercial rigor and governance, business partnering with sales and other relevant stakeholders and undertaking special projects
**What You’ll Do**
+ Reviewpricingandcostinginputsforregional/globalpursuits.
+ Activelycommunicatewithcountryrepresentativesforpricingandcostinginformationinputs.
+ Driveandcoordinate global pricingstrategiesonnewandrenewalRFPswiththesupport ofsalesand client solution and the account pricing support teamto develop accurate,completeandmarket competitivepricing.
+ Understand client commercials and pricing requirements, bridge and analyze client RFPinformation, remain engaged throughout the RFP process with the sales and client solution teams and develop pricing assumptions key to the client proposal.
+ Develop sound commercial strategies aligned to client objectives andbuild profit andloss statementassessing deal profitability ensuring the deal meets relevant business targets.
+ Helpreinforceandensurepropergovernanceprocedureswereinplace fordeal signoff.
+ Work with business leaders/ local SMEs/ sales and client solutions team on pricing and any other commercial related queries or issues.
+ Ensure accurate translation of deal economics to contract terms and handover to transition andoperational teams to ensure smooth transfer of knowledge and enablement of tracking actual performance against deal terms.
+ Developin-depthunderstandingofcountryspecificlaborcostingandoverheadallocations.
+ Beathoughtleaderandcontributetotheoverallsuccessof the account.
+ Reviewgapsandidentifiesprocessimprovementopportunitieswithin theteam.
**What You’ll Need:**
+ 2-5years'experienceonCommercial/Pricing/ContractManagementpreferablyintheFacilityManagement industry
+ DegreeinAccounting,Financeorrelated fieldpreferred
+ Highlydetail-orientedandcapableofanalyzingdatawithcreativeandinnovationinmind
+ Extremely organized and methodical in your approach towork and the ability to deliverhigh-quality work under pressure and on time
+ Excellentanalyticalskills,abletohandlehighvolumeofdatawithabilitytoarticulatecomplex business issues and encompass problem identification,evaluation, and resolution.
+ Abilitytorespondeffectivelyonmostsensitiveissues
+ Abilitytowritereport,manuals,framework,processes
+ Ability to make effective andpersuasive presentations oncomplex topicsto clients,topmanagement,stakeholders.
