Pricing Specialist
Job Title: Pricing Specialist

Job Description

The Pricing Specialist is responsible for analyzing and identifying trends and variances in pricing. This role ensures compliance with executed contracts and collaborates with finance, sales, and management teams to monitor contract performance. Additionally, the Pricing Specialist will manage pricing templates, add new pricing to existing parts, and utilize Excel for various tasks.

ResponsibilitiesExecute Regional Pricing Agreements to ensure accurate and efficient system processing and interpretation for parts transactions.Ensure compliance and optimize financial, commercial, and sales performance.Document, communicate, and administer price agreements to business systems (Flowparts, Cobra, Fastraq).Analyze, identify, and correct inconsistencies and deviations in existing pricing agreements.Create detailed price lists and programs to support market strategy for growth.Review annually the performance of agreements and identify price and part changes to align with market needs to drive growth and increased sales.Update customer files for submission and upload into their business platforms.Essential SkillsProficiency in pricing analysis and variance identification.Experience in costing and adding new pricing to existing parts.Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP functions.Familiarity with business systems such as Flowparts, Cobra, and Fastraq.2+ years of experience in accounting or finance (A/P, A/R, general ledger, FP&A, cost accounting).Bachelor's or Associate's degree in accounting, finance, mathematics, or economics.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience with Oracle and bill of materials is a plus.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Work Environment

The position is primarily onsite with the flexibility to work remotely one day per week after six months. The work environment includes collaboration with a well-established team, including a hiring manager who has been with the company for over 30 years.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00
