Pricing Strategy and Analytics Manager
**Requisition ID:** 33825 **The Headlines** **:** In the role of **Pricing Strategy and Analytics Manager** working in **Chicago, IL** , you will be part of the **Revenue Management Team** supporting Molson Coors Canadian business. This person will help develop the Molson Coors strategic revenue management capability within Canada. This person will help lead development and evolution of Canadian pricing strategy, developing tools and analysis to identify and measure pricing opportunities, and provide pricing insight to the sales and marketing teams. Additionally, this team will drive operational effectiveness through implementation or process improvement, solution development and best-practice sharing to drive efficiencies. This position reports to the Senior Manager of Revenue Management. **The Responsibilities:** + Lead and support strategic decisions and recommendations to drive Net Sales Revenue. + Lead and support category & channel strategy through assortment, net pricing (price and promo) strategy and contractual investment grounded in consumer, category and shopper insights. + Provide insightful and fact-based recommendations integrating a customer first approach with selling stories. + Influence decision makers by providing relevant and clear Revenue Management POV + Deliver value added pricing insights and analytics against relevant strategic priorities + Drive a consultant mindset and superior customer satisfaction + Deliver relevant analytics and insights to support the Brand/Channel Strategy + Support regional Revenue Management Operations Teams with leadership on strategic projects, training, & development + Leverage Nielsen syndicated data, STR Data, POS and other Analytics for price elasticity/GI price elasticity, and modeled market simulations to optimize pricing and ROI of investments **The Other Qualifications:** + Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field **OR** equivalent (5+ years) progressive experience in pricing – preferably within the Consumer Products Goods industry, consulting firm, or market research company + Knowledge of pricing and price promotion dynamics utilizing syndicated data (ACNielsen, IRI) + Excellent Microsoft Excel skills and good relational database management + You love a challenge – you complete complex projects quickly and adeptly with your understanding of the business priorities + You build relationships and collaborate to get to the desired outcome + You take accountability for results – acting with integrity and honoring commitments + You have a thirst for learning – you are always looking for ways to learn and help one another grow + You exhibit our core values **Job Posting Grade:** **11** **Job Posting Salary Range:** **(US/Chicago) $100,600 - $132,100** Molson Coors is committed to an inclusive workplace.
