PRICING STRATEGY MANAGER

Responsible for developing and implementing effective pricing strategies for Jack Brand and maintaining strong relationships with franchisees and senior leadership. Responsibilities include leading the menu pricing strategy by aligning the menu strategy to the business goals, and communicating this strategy effectively to Senior Leadership, Franchisees, and the pricing vendors while partnering cross-functionally to ensure pricing operations are accurate and efficient.


KEY DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

Partners with the marketing, finance, and other brand teams to develop the ideal pricing structure to drive restaurant traffic and sales.


Presents pricing strategy and analytics to senior management and cross-functional partners, including alternatives and financial impact of .pricing decisions.


Contributes to the ongoing development of a robust pricing structure and other internal processes, including menu operations.


Communicates the rationale and outcomes of analysis effectively to all Franchisees, serving as a liaison between company stakeholders and Franchise Operators.


Oversees the work of the Sr. Pricing Analyst, providing mentorship, training, and opportunities for professional growth.


Collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure pricing implementation is operationally feasible and effectively communicated.


Acts as the primary point of contact for franchisees regarding pricing strategies and initiatives.


Builds and maintains strong relationships with franchise partners, addressing concerns and gathering feedback to improve processes.


Develops and delivers clear, concise communication materials tailored to franchisee audiences.


Prepares and presents pricing updates and recommendations to senior leadership.


Provides regular reporting and insights to franchisees, leadership, and internal teams.


Performs other related duties, tasks, and responsibilities as required, assigned, and directed. Managerial Responsibilities


QUALIFICATIONS:

Education:

Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business Administration with an emphasis in Marketing or Finance

Experience: 5-6 years progressive marketing and/or finance experience in pricing, preferably within the consumer retail or

restaurant industry. Familiarity with a franchise model highly desired.

Skills/Knowledge/Abilities:


Extensive knowledge of marketing principles and related pricing concepts


General understanding of business principles beyond marketing, including strategy development, finance, accounting and operations


Strong attention to detail and the capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.


Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, particularly in managing franchisee relationships.


Ability to work under tight timelines and quickly adapt to changing priorities


Excellent project management, organizational, interpersonal, and presentation skills at all levels


Must be able to work effectively within all levels of the organization, including senior leadership


Excellent oral and written English communication skills


Proficient knowledge of personal computers and Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Word, Teams)


Demonstrates integrity and ethical behavior

Physical Requirements: Ability to speak/hear clearly in person and on the telephone. Ability to operate a computer keyboard

and mouse. Requires extended periods of time working at a computer workstation.

The range for this position is $117,100 - $163,700 and is based on an employee located at our corporate headquarters in San Diego. If the candidate is hired in a different city to work remote, we will apply a geographic pay differential based on the cost of labor in the market in which the employee resides.
