This role is critical in supporting our pricing team by providing sales insights, managing pricing strategies, and ensuring seamless coordination between teams.Are you a sales-savvy professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and loves diving into data to craft winning strategies? Our ideal candidate is someone who thrives on collaboration, can balance sales and operational support, and is ready to contribute to a dynamic team driving international logistics solutions. PRICING SUPPORT MANAGERWhat the Job Entails:Pricing Strategy Support: Collaborate with the pricing team to develop and implement competitive pricing strategies for international shipments by land, sea, and air.Sales Coordination: Work closely with the sales team to understand client needs, tailor pricing proposals, and support business development efforts.Data Analysis: Analyze market trends, competitor pricing, and client data to ensure our pricing remains competitive and profitable.Quote Management: Prepare, review, and distribute accurate and timely pricing quotes to the sales team and clients.Process Optimization: Identify opportunities to streamline pricing and sales processes to improve efficiency and reduce turnaround time.Relationship Building: Act as a bridge between the pricing and sales teams to ensure clear communication, alignment on goals, and a collaborative approach.Problem-Solving: Address pricing-related inquiries from clients and the sales team, providing timely and effective solutions.Market Insights: Stay up to date with industry trends and international market conditions to inform pricing strategies. What We’re Looking For:Experienced: 3–5 years in sales, pricing, or a related role within logistics, freight forwarding, or transportation.Sales-Oriented: Strong understanding of sales processes and the ability to support sales teams with tailored pricing solutions.Detail-Oriented: Meticulous with numbers and data, ensuring accurate and competitive pricing proposals.Analytical: Comfortable working with data and market trends to drive informed decisions.Collaborative: Thrives in a team environment, working across departments to achieve shared goals.Proactive: Anticipates challenges, identifies opportunities for improvement, and takes initiative.Tech-Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel is a must), with experience in pricing tools or logistics software as a bonus.Adaptable: Flexible and comfortable in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment. What We Offer:Comprehensive industry training and mentorship programs.Full benefits, including Medical, Dental, and Vision coverage.Life/AD&D Insurance and Long-term Disability coverage.401(k) matching to help you plan for your future.A dynamic and collaborative work culture with opportunities for career growth.Perks like team events, office snacks, and a supportive team atmosphere!
