Key Responsibilities:This Ad Ops Yield Manager will be responsible for enhancing revenue through Kinective Media’s Omni-channel advertising inventory by strategically handling ad placements, optimizing pricing strategies, and using data analytics to identify and capitalize on opportunities across various programmatic and direct sales channels, ensuring a balance between increasing revenue and maintaining a positive user experience. This position will continuously analyze, test, and optimize yield across channels to drive incremental revenue while balancing user experience and brand objectives.
Collaborate with sales, product, and marketing teams to align yield strategies with broader business goals and deliver seamless ad experiences for our audienceImplement and manage floor pricing strategies, inventory allocation, and programmatic strategy to ensure optimal fill rates and CPMs across both direct sales and demand sourcesOwnership of yield optimization roadmap, in collaboration with internal teams, ensuring that new ad products or market changes are aligned with revenue objectivesOwn and manage internal rate card and inventory processes/documentationProvide strategic insights on programmatic demand partners, to identify trends, forecast revenue opportunities, and adjust inventory to enhance monetizationWork with AdOps team & Managed Services to monitor programmatic and PMP ad performance, strategy and implement yield optimization tactics, including floor price adjustmentsUnited values diverse experiences, perspectives, and we encourage everyone who meets the minimum qualifications to apply. QualificationsWhat’s needed to succeed (Minimum Qualifications):Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Advertising, Digital Media (or related)4+ years of AdTech, Inventory/Pricing/Yield and/or digital ad operations experienceKnowledgeable about AdTech, MarTech, Digital Media (direct and programmatic)Deep familiarity with Google Ad Manager/DV 360 and other DSPsDemonstrated success building and managing complex business processes across multiple teams in a high-growth environmentDeep understanding of the needs and motivations of a variety of collaborators that interact with advertising inventoryExcellent communicator and collaborator; able to work with both technical and non-technical teamsOwnership mentality with propensity for finding unique solutions to business challenges, as well as strong decision-making skillsMust be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorshipSuccessful completion of interview required to meet job qualificationReliable, punctual attendance is an essential function of the positionWhat will help you propel from the pack (Preferred Qualifications):Experience in programmatic advertising, and/or yield management within a B2B publishing or media environmentKnowledge of JavaScript, SQL, or HTML5Strong knowledge of inventory management, yield optimization techniques, and programmatic auction dynamics (open exchange, PMP, direct deals) Familiarity with Omni-channel marketingExperience in developing pricing strategies Strong analytical skills, with the ability to extract actionable insights from programmatic ad performance data and adjust strategies accordinglyUnited Airlines is an equal opportunity employer. The base pay range for this role is $99,750.00 to $135,960.00.
The base salary range/hourly rate listed is dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience, education, and skills. This position is also eligible for bonus and/or long-term incentive compensation awards.
