This PRIDE team will deliver outpatient services to the LGBTQIA+ community in a culturally informed and competent way.
Pride Outpatient Therapists work collaboratively with clients to help them access their core strengths to be their best selves and realize their full potential, utilizing a variety of approaches such as individual, couple, family, and group psychotherapy.

Compensation:
Full-time: Independent license: starting at $65,000 MA level: starting at $50,000 Fee for Service: Independent license: starting at $55/hr MA level starting at $45/hr Salary and fee for service premiums paid for Non-English language capacity Experience Select clinical specialties Qualifications/Requirements: Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field with a plan to become licensed as an LICSW or LMHC within 2 years LGBTQIA+ culturally competent by virtue of education, training, experience, or a combination thereof Independent Clinical License in the state of MA (Psychologist, LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT) preferred Requires excellent time-management skills with ability to work independently and as part of a team Ability to manage one's own schedule with client outreach Full Time Benefits: Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance 3 weeks paid vacation, 1 additional at each anniversary up to 5 weeks 11 Paid holidays including Juneteenth, Thanksgiving, Black Friday, X-Mas Eve, New Year's Eve Sick time including mental health days · 401-K retirement plan with up to 4% employer match Voluntary short and long-term disability · Voluntary Life Insurance Dependent care savings account Mileage reimbursement for community-based work Longevity award Monetary bonus and a vacation day added annually Company provided laptop and smartphone for full-time staff Company provided ZOOM for telehealth Supervision for licensure provided Tuition reimbursement Personal cell phone discount Fee for Service Therapists with a 15-hour caseload are eligible for pro-rated benefits after two years
