Primary Care Medical Director
Location: Brooklyn, NY
Salary Range: $300,000 - $330,000 + Additional Incentives: Up to $82,50 + Signing Bonus
Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Medical Director to lead our primary care initiatives with excellence in Brooklyn, NY. The ideal candidate will be an experienced, board-certified physician with a strong track record in managing data-driven healthcare organizations. The Medical Director will be responsible for overseeing clinical operations, improving quality of care, driving patient outcomes, and ensuring compliance with healthcare standards. The candidate must also be eligible to provide services to Medicare participants.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and oversee the clinical operations of our primary care services, ensuring high-quality, patient-centered care. Manage clinical teams, including physicians, nurse practitioners, and medical staff, ensuring optimal performance and collaboration. Utilize data analytics and evidence-based practices to monitor and improve clinical outcomes and patient satisfaction. Develop, implement, and refine clinical protocols and procedures to ensure alignment with industry standards and best practices. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and work with relevant stakeholders to address any issues. Provide mentorship, guidance, and professional development opportunities for medical staff. Participate in strategic planning, budgeting, and operational activities to support organizational growth. Collaborate with leadership to drive innovation in healthcare delivery models, particularly in value-based care and chronic disease management. Act as a liaison between clinical teams and senior leadership, communicating updates, challenges, and opportunities effectively. Ensure that all medical staff are fully credentialed and in compliance with Medicare and other regulatory agencies.Qualifications:
Board Certification: Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Emergency Medicine, or Geriatrics required. Experience: Minimum of 5 years in primary care clinical practice with 2+ years in a leadership or medical director role preferred. Licensure: Must be licensed to practice in New York State and eligible to provide services to Medicare participants. Strong background in data-driven healthcare management and quality improvement initiatives. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and lead clinical teams. Proven ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and manage complex healthcare systems.Compensation & Benefits:
