**Practice Description** **Fairview Health Services** is seeking a **Nurse Practitioner** to join our primary care practice at **M Health Fairview Clinic – Princeton** . Join our thriving multi-specialty practice with onsite access to a robust group of specialty providers and services. **Practice Details:** + **17 provider primary care** practice, including 6 FM with OB physicians. + Patient encounters average **16-20 patients per day** . + **34 patient contact hours per week.** + Opportunities for physicians to perform procedures including c-sections. + **Openings: 0.8 to 1.0 FTE - Flexible schedule** + As a Pioneer Accountable Care Organization (ACO), our physicians use a **multidisciplinary team approach** in managing clinical care. + **Fully integrated** Electronic Medical Record (EPIC). **Community Information** M Health Fairview Clinic – Princeton (https://mhealthfairview.org/locations/m-health-fairview-clinic---princeton) is located approximately 60 minutes from Minneapolis and 30 minutes from St Cloud, MN. The actual rate of pay offered within this range may depend on several factors, such as FTE, skills, knowledge, relevant education, experience, and market conditions.
