EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE CRITERIA:

MD or DO in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Geriatrics or similar specialty requiredCurrent, active MD licensure in State of employment is requiredA minimum of 4 years clinical experience in geriatric, adult or family practice setting, including 2 years of ChenMed PCP, Partner experience requiredBoard certification in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Geriatrics or similar specialty is preferred, Board Eligibility is requiredOnce Board certified will maintain board certification in their terminal specialty by doing necessary MOC, CME and/or retaking board exams as requiredMust have a current DEA number for schedule II-V controlled substancesBasic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association (AMA) or American Red Cross required w/in first 90 days of employment ​
