This is an employed position with Nuvance Health Medical Practice.Competitive total compensation package including base salary, incentive pay, paid time off, CME time off and allowance, medical, dental, vision, life, disability and 401k match. Hiring bonus and relocation stipend may also be available. The ideal candidate will be a compassionate Primary Care Family Medicine or Med/Peds Physician who will provide comprehensive care in a team-based environment to our population of patients as well as Medical Director Responsibilities. This includes not only caring for acute and chronic conditions, but working with multidisciplinary support staff to promote the health and well-being of our entire panel of covered lives. This as a full-time, office-based position providing out-patient services only, utilizing a state-of-the-art Electronic Health Record fully integrated across all our hospitals and sites. The medical director is responsible for driving quality of care, optimizing patient access and ensuring top decile patient experience scores for the practice. This is a full-time, office-based position providing out-patient services only with limited on call obligations.
