Columbia Memorial Hospital (CMH) located in Astoria, Oregon is a full service, 25-bed, critical access, not-for-profit, Planetree-Certified hospital where person-centered care is a priority. CMH has proudly served the healthcare needs of our community for over a century. Combined, the hospital and clinics employ over 600 employees which includes a diverse professional medical staff of more than 80 physicians and advance practice professionals including surgical, non-surgical and primary care specialties.

We are seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician to join our existing group of 2 physicians and 2 nurse practitioners in a growing CMH-OHSU Health Primary Care Clinic - Warrenton. This position offers a unique opportunity to pursue the comforts and quality of life in a small-town community practice at CMH with an affiliation to Oregon's only academic medical center, OHSU.

Work in a close team of new and experienced physicians, APPs, and support staff in a team-oriented environment.Great work/life balance with a weekday, outpatient only schedule. Monday-Friday 4/10s schedule.Light phone call only call rotation shared amongst the group. Our acute care hospital is staffed with Hospitalists to handle any inpatient coverage.This is a full time, hospital employed position, with immediate access to multiple specialists.Integrated EMR platform utilized system-wide throughout the organization.Four (4) hours per week of dedicated administrative time. Function/Duties of Position

We are seeking a Board Certified / Board Eligible Primary Care physician to serve the efforts of OHSU and CMH in improving the health of all Oregonians. This position will serve as an OHSU Clinical Associate providing clinical care within the CMH-OHSU Health Primary Care Clinic located in Warrenton, Oregon. OHSU Clinical Associates are fully embedded physicians and advanced practice provider members of the OHSU Practice Plan (OPP) who deliver care at OHSU-affiliated settings and devote 100 percent of their time to patient care.

 

Provide outpatient services at CMH-OHSU Health Primary Care Clinic - Warrenton.Administrative and other duties may be assigned based on department needs and your areas of expertise and interest.
