Practice Details: 17 provider primary care practice, including 6 FM with OB physicians. Patient encounters average 16-20 patients per day. 34 patient contact hours per week. Opportunities for physicians to perform procedures including c-sections. We are situated on the same campus as M Health Fairview Northland Medical Center. Onsite specialties: Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Ob/Gyn, Orthopedics, Pediatrics, Podiatry, Sleep Medicine, Sports Medicine, General Surgery, Cardiology, ENT, Gastroenterology, Nephrology, Neurology, Oncology, Ophthalmology, Pulmonology, Radiology, Rheumatology, Urology, and more. Onsite services: Rehab services, counseling, audiology, diabetic education, pharmacy, medication therapy management, lab, x-ray, mammography, ultrasound, infusion therapy, and bone densitometry. Qualifications Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program BC/BE through NCCPA Licensed or ability to obtain a PA license with prescriptive authority through the Minnesota Board of Medical Practice Ability to obtain and/or maintain DEA certification for the State of Minnesota Meet threshold criteria/qualifications for Credentialing and Privileges 2 years of Physician Assistant experience required.
