Join a collegial and busy practice, located in the growing community of Lakeville, MN. 5 provider primary care practice Patient encounters average 18-22 patients per day. Full time is 34 patient contact hours per week. Call Frequency: Call is approximately 1:15. Phone call only. Openings: 1.0 FTE (Full Time). Fully integrated Electronic Medical Record (EPIC).
